The 2026 FHC China International Dessert & Bakery Competition is an individual competition under the FHC China International Culinary Arts Competition, dedicated to the pastry and baking discipline. This year's competition leans toward accessible, everyday categories — where simplicity becomes the true test of a competitor's foundational skills, creativity, and ability to innovate. Swiss rolls, pound cakes, soufflés, and chocolate lava cakes are all beloved staples of today's dessert scene, yet each offers endless room for personal expression and reinvention.

2026 FHC Aussie Meat Butchers Challenge

Co-organised by Sinoexpo Informa Markets and Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA), the 2026 FHC Aussie Meat Butchers Challenge is one of the most anticipated competitions at the show. Building on the professionalism and high standards of its inaugural edition, this year's competition has been significantly elevated: five experienced international judges will oversee every stage of the competition with rigorous and authoritative criteria, while dedicated offline training camps under the Butchery Club program will be established in Beijing, Shenzhen, and Shanghai.

China Roasting Championship Final

The WCRC World Coffee Roasting Championship China Region is an officially authorized WCE event, organized by UBM Asia and held at the Shanghai exhibition venue. Contestants advance through multiple regional qualifying rounds across the country, competing in green bean evaluation, single-origin and blend roasting. Final products are blind-tasted and scored by international judges. The grand champion earns qualification to compete in the global championship, making this a prestigious and authoritative competition platform for China's coffee roasting industry.

China Cup Taste Championship Final

Authorized by WCE and organized by Sinoexpo Informa Markets, the competition takes place at the HOTELEX Shanghai exhibition. Contestants advance to the finals through regional qualifying rounds held across multiple cities nationwide. The event follows the classic triangle cup test format, requiring participants to identify the odd coffee out among three cups in each of eight sets within a time limit. Rankings are determined by a combination of accuracy and speed. Focusing on contestants' olfactory and gustatory sensitivity, the champion earns the sole spot representing China at the World Cup Tasters Global Finals, making it the highest-level professional competition in China for coffee sensory evaluation.

China Latte Art Championship Shanghai Division

The competition is an officially authorized WCE WLAC China regional selection event, held at the HOTELEX Shanghai exhibition. Contestants are required to complete free-style latte art and creative custom designs within a time limit. Judges score entries based on pattern neatness, milk foam texture, and creativity. Top performers from the regional round advance to the national finals, competing for qualification to the WLAC World Championship, making it a key competitive platform for baristas in East China.
